Chef Andreas offers individually crafted Multi Course Tasting Menus in the Asheville Area for parties up to 20 people. No matter if it is an intimate birthday party, a private dinner, or a small wedding, I will make sure that it will be a memorable experience. Every menu can be customized to your individual taste, budget, and dietary requirements. I am more than happy to assist you in choosing a menu that will make everyone in your party happy.

LOCAL AND ORGANIC

As the Chef de Cuisine at Posana Restaurant in Asheville I made connections with local farmers that I am now able to use for my own venture. Fruits and vegetables are either local and/or organic - sourced from local Farmers Markets. All meats are raised within 50 miles of Asheville and as humanely as possible without added hormones or antibiotics. Inland Seafood provides the freshest seafood caught as locally as possible. Working with Spicewalla gives me access to the freshest spices and seasonings out there. Working with the freshest and best quality ingredients is the biggest part of my cooking and I hope you can taste the difference.
